Primary Care Providers
We at Park Ridge Health are proud to talk about our primary
care doctors and nurse practitioners who are the backbone of our health care
system. It has always been our goal to provide not only the very best in health
services to the community, but also to offer the type of choices in care not
seen in other hospital systems.
Choosing Your Primary
Care Provider
Our Primary Care Providers (PCPs) are the guardians of your
health and will be the main services provider of care. They will handle your non-emergency
issues, as well as oversee and coordinate any other health emergencies or disease
conditions you may have. Your primary care physician will treat your most
common medical ailments and chronic conditions, whether it is the common cold
or asthma. He or she will provide you with an integrated medical plan of
preventive care that involves health life choices, as well as, refer you to and
work with any specialists that are required for chronic or sporadic disease
conditions. It is so important to find the right PCP for you because not only
will he or she be the one that guides your health decisions in the future, but
also will be the one that admits you and coordinates your hospital care should
you require it. Choosing a primary care provider that has similar health goals
and vision is critical to mapping out a healthy future. It is important that
you build upon a foundation of respect and trust.
Whether you are looking for general practitioner or
internist, we know that you will find what you are looking for at Park Ridge. We
believe that our team of compassionate and experienced providers will be just
what you are looking for. When you choose one of our doctors or nurse
practitioners you are choosing not only the best in their field, but also
someone who has been given all of the tools they need to perform their job.
